Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the rooms felt far from inviting and lacked essential amenities such as shampoo and wireless internet. The cleanliness was questionable with issues like broken lights and uncomfortable beds. However, some room essentials like a fridge and microwave were present, which offered a slight relief. The service was hit or miss, with helpful staff but instances of unresponsiveness to basic requests. The location was average, lacking proximity to downtown and showing signs of neglect. The dining options were lackluster, with limited choices and inconsistent quality. The facilities left much to be desired overall.
Upon checking in, the room had a somewhat unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a porta potty, and it was uncomfortably hot inside. The hotel was also under construction. However, after being moved to a third room, the stay improved.
The hotel had a great price and was mainly chosen because the site advertised a pool, but unfortunately, the room was dusty, small, smelly, and bug-infested. The smell was bad. The service was a different person but still very nice overall, although one staff member was rude when asked to fax a confirmation. The location was on the fifth of six floors, in poor shape, littered, and next to a messy area. The facilities were a letdown.
Upon entering the hotel, the rooms looked fine but felt dirty with a carpet strip coming off the wall. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and we had a cold shower with uncomfortable beds. The hotel has two treadmills available for use. The service seemed chaotic, with ongoing lawsuits regarding employee payment issues. The location, while close to the interstate, is far from downtown and lacks nearby dining options. The dining experience lacked a continental breakfast but offered basic options like toast, bagels, or frozen waffles. Additional Details: Clean rooms, uncomfortable beds, chaotic service, distant location.
The hotel room left much to be desired with its small and dim space that was also dirty and in very rough shape. However, after paying an additional $30 for an upgrade, it became much more livable despite the initial conditions.
